The project in brief
A house with bespoke furniture.
Atmosphera designed the interior of a house in Sofia with a designed area of approximately 101 m². The floor plan was explored in several options. The project covers a living room with kitchen, entrance hall, bedrooms, children's rooms, bathrooms, corridor and stairs. The solutions include glass doors with black frames, an entrance hall with a lit shoe niche and children's rooms with bespoke furniture.
01 / Client brief and starting conditions
Bright floors and organised storage.
Who was the interior created for?
For a family with children furnishing a house on several levels.
Which requirements shaped the solutions?
Separate bedrooms for parents and children, storage in every room and a connection between the living room and the stairs.
02 / Three specific solutions
Every detail has its reason.

01 / CONNECTION BETWEEN SPACES
Glass between the stairs and the living room.
Task. To separate the stairs from the living room without losing light.
Solution. Glass doors and a black-framed partition replace the solid wall.
Benefit. Light passes through the partition, while the spaces stay separate.

02 / ENTRANCE HALL
A lit shoe niche.
Task. To give shoes a permanent place by the entrance.
Solution. A tall full-wall cabinet with a lit niche in its lower part.
Benefit. Everyday shoes stay tidy and easy to see.

03 / CHILDREN'S ROOMS
Bed, desk and cabinets in one place.
Task. Sleeping, studying and storage in one room.
Solution. An upholstered bed, a desk by the window and bespoke cabinets along the long wall.
Benefit. Each function has its own zone and the floor stays clear.
03 / Materials and details
Warm base.
